Notice of Deadline for Submitting Claims: All valid, provable claims for goods or services provided to Mr. Warren Bondy between August 1, 2024, and December 1, 2024, must be submitted by March 1, 2025.

Mr. Warren Bondy has recently moved to an assisted living facility. As part of this transition, we are reviewing and settling any outstanding financial obligations. To ensure timely settlement, we have set a deadline of 90 days for submitting claims. This deadline begins on December 1, 2024, and all claims must be received by March 1, 2025.

This notice addresses recent financial transactions involving Mr. Warren Bondy. Due to Mr. Bondy's transition to assisted living and the potential misuse of his accounts, protective measures have been implemented.

Effective immediately, all of Mr. Bondy's accounts have been frozen to prevent any further unauthorized activity. We understand that Mr. Bondy may have outstanding obligations to you. To ensure proper handling of these matters, please submit any and all valid, provable debts owed by Mr. Bondy incurred between August 1, 2024, and December 1, 2024, in writing, including detailed invoices or a clear description of the services rendered and the amount due. A valid, provable claim must be supported by documentation such as invoices, receipts, contracts, or other evidence demonstrating that goods or services were provided to Mr. Bondy during the specified period.
